The Walmart sneaker fiasco
So I cop some general run of the mill ass sneakers from the mart for a twenty spot.
However, something’s off about these mofo’s, something’s missing, there’s an incompleteness I feel as I place them in my shopping cart… In the back of my mind, I know that I’ll have to deal it with once we get back to the lab.
1.) Pull the laces and start preppin’
2.) Once masked off, I hit em’ with the black back foundation, and then layer white in the areas where I want color to reside. Finished it off with some flicks and spritz of white
3.) Okay cool, but I feel we’re not quite done yet. They may be wet, but they ain’t drippin’ 💦
4.) At this point they feel much more complete, but we still need to polish off some rough edges
5.) Figured to drop some hearts on them, as it’s all about love 💗
Not 100% symmetrical,
buuuut close e’fuckin’nough 🤷♂️😅
6.) My final move was to apply 2 coats of some Angelus No. 600 Finisher, call it a day, and garnish them off with a set of matching laces from amazon for a fiver.
